- There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. There is a minimum height requirement of 40" tall for the DRY Freedom Jet seats. Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
- Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).
- Guests must arrive 45 minutes prior to trip departure to check in and attend a mandatory safety orientation
- Any rescheduling within 24 hours of your trip will be subject to a 10% rebooking fee (this includes late arrival).
